Developed in collaboration with master tinsmiths, it solves the most common bottlenecks in material handling.
The Coiltwister rotates, allowing coils to be processed from multiple directions. For example, you can set up a slitting machine on one side and a roll-forming machine on the other. Turn it 90°, and there’s room for a third machine.

- Fast Loading Speed: Unlike competitors that require you to thread a mandrel through the coil core before lifting, this cantilevered design allows you to slide coils directly onto the mandrel with a forklift. This “plug-and-play” loading drastically reduces downtime.
- 360° Multi-Machine Integration: Most storage systems are static. The Coiltwister XXL rotates and locks every 45°, allowing one central hub to feed multiple machines—such as a shear, a profiling machine, and a manual cutting station—simultaneously.
- Precision “Pro” Clamping: Equipped with their exclusive Spanndorn Pro as standard, the system eliminates coil shifting during the expansion of the mandrel. This means your material is perfectly aligned from the first second, ensuring precision for automated cutting.
