The EBS-Compact is designed for grinding welded edges, corners and surfaces of smaller components. Thanks to a quick replacement of the grinding belt, the machine can rapidly change between the roughing and finishing processes.

Kuhlmeyer is a specialist experienced company when we talk about long-belt sanding or surface grinding machines. Back in 2015, they introduced their most compact machine to easily integrate it with existing workflows, where space is limited and have small parts to be processed. They made the machine considering ergonomics for the operator while processing parts and changing the type of process to be carried out (switching belts or using a different module).
In addition to the proven grinding unit with contact roller and flat pressure piece keeps Kuhlmeyer a deburring module ready, which can be simply placed on the machine guides.
Dynamic
With a footprint of 2400 x 1850 x 2000 mm, the EBSC can easily be integrated into existing production structures or be used as a mobile machine with a stable base. Its forklift pockets make it ideal to adapt into dynamic production processes.
