The AERO-BASIC is a modular vacuum lifting device designed for the horizontal transport of sheet metals, plastics, and various panels. The device is highly configurable based on the number of suction plates and crossbeams required for the load size, with a lifting capacity of up to 2000kg.
The AERO-BASIC is built on the principles of Perfectionism (in-house production of all parts) and Pioneer technology. It is designed to reduce employee sick days by providing highly ergonomic solutions that make heavy lifting considerably easier.

- Stacking (-HE): An adjustable operating handle that can be angled via a Bowden cable to suit different operator heights or stacking positions.
- Chain Hoist Connection (-CH): Replaces the standard CEE connector with a spiral cable and Harting connector to power the lifter directly from the hoist, keeping the workspace clear of cables.
- Hydro (-HY): Includes a water separator to protect the vacuum pump from moisture and dirt.
- 3.0-metre Main Cross Beam: An extension used to compensate for overhang when lifting extra-large sheets
- Holder bag: A holder bag for the crane’s control bulb to be mounted on the lifting device.
