Two Versions for Different Applications
The KNOLL 4C bending machine is available in two versions. For sheet-metal tradespeople, the four-arm bending machine is ideal, with a capacity of 1.0 mm aluminium, 0.8 mm copper, 0.8 mm zinc, and 0.7 mm mild steel.
For those who need greater power but still want mobility, the KNOLL 6C press brake is the answer. With reinforced joints, higher material capacity, and six C-arms, it can bend steel up to 1.0 mm thick. Both models are also available as workshop machines with a floor stand.
Bending Beam
The KNOLL bending beam is engineered with advanced joints and a flat stainless-steel rail, enabling smooth, precise bends of up to 180°. Hollow folds — including water folds — are finished in just one step, no pressing required. The result? Huge time savings and perfect consistency, especially when producing façade panels.

DIGITAL DEPTH GAUGE
The machine is fitted with a depth stop featuring a digital, battery-powered display that enhances the precision, repeatability and safety of sheet metal folding operations.
KNOLL BUILT-IN SLITTER
The 3.5-metre aluminium folding machine is fitted with the KNOLL cutting head for longitudinal cuts. Double ball bearings guarantee precise operation of the cutting head, producing clean, burr-free edges. The roller knives and bearings are maintenance-free. With its parking position on the sides of the folding machine, the cutting head is always close at hand and ready for use.
PROFILING
The patented KNOLL profiling head allows you to quickly and easily form flush-fitting façade profiles on the folding machine. The profiling head offsets the sheet by the rebate height. Panels can be manufactured in any width, with either the KNOLL plug-in rebate or the KNOLL hook-in rebate, both of which can be installed on either side. This gives you a wide range of design options.
LEAD CORRUGATOR
The KNOLL lead corrugator enables the production of half-corrugated lead strips with a smooth folded edge. This lead apron is easy to work with: The smooth edge can be neatly folded over.
The KNOLL lead waver can be used with the carriage both on the linear guide and on the upper clamping beam.
LOUVER SLOTTED ROLLER
For the efficient production of:
- Ventilation openings on the chimney cladding,
- Gravel retention strips in the balcony and flat roof area
- elongated ventilation and water drainage
- other ventilation slots in the plumbing, flat roof and ventilation construction sector.
SEAM CLOSER
With the KNOLL seam closer, you can flatten the fold after the edges have been folded.
BEAD ROLLER
With the KNOLL bead roller, you can produce beads of any length on your bending machine, for example, for window sills, wall copings, old building renovation…

BEAD FORMER STRAIGHTENER
The KNOLL beading roller is designed for straightening or shaping convex and concave beads on fabricated sheet metal components. By increasing the roller contact pressure, beaded sheets can be accurately formed into a desired radius.
The combination of the roller and former significantly simplifies the production of both straight and curved trim elements, such as window sills, wall cappings, and Baroque-style gables.
