The AERO-WINDOW is a modular vacuum lifting device designed for the vertical pick and transport of glass and windows. It has a lifting capacity of up to 500kg.
The AERO-WINDOW is built on the principles of Perfectionism (in-house production of all parts) and Pioneer technology. It is designed to reduce employee sick days by providing highly ergonomic solutions that make heavy lifting considerably easier and safer.
Applications for the Aero-Window
The flexible vacuum lifter is used in conjunction with any lifting equipment and is ideal for applications such as:
- Prefabricated House Construction: Its primary application; it allows for the precise insertion of glass into pre-built wall elements where frames might obstruct a standard lifter
- Complex Architectural Glazing: Used for installing windows into deep recesses or handling workpieces with significant offsets
- Window and Door Manufacturing: Moving finished windows, glazed doors, and large glass panes through the production line
- Site Logistics: It includes a transport rack in the standard scope of delivery, making it easier to store and move the lifter safely around a construction site

- Deep-reach: Can handle workpieces with a web offset of up to max. 13 cm due to the depth-adjustable suction plates.
- Balanced load handling: adjustable centre of gravity on the suspension frame to compensate for different load weights.
- Contour Navigation: Specifically designed to avoid “interfering contours” like window frames or soffits, thanks to its height-adjustable suspension points.
- Durability: Built with a robust welded steel frame and hot-dip galvanised crossbars to ensure a long service life in demanding industrial conditions.
- Superior Grip: Uses special glass suction plates with low intrinsic volume and a high friction coefficient, ensuring a secure hold even in vertical positions.
- Flexible Manipulation: Allows for vertical rotation of the workpiece by +/-90°, with fixed locking points every 15° via a Bowden cable.
- Safety First: Includes acoustic and visual warning signals, and an integrated motor protection switch to protect the vacuum generator from winding damage.
- Integrated Design: The tandem vacuum reservoirs are mounted on both sides of the frame, maximising compactness and reducing the device’s unladen weight.
- Ease of Maintenance: The intelligent suction plate concept allows for “tool-free” seal replacements in seconds, significantly reducing downtime.
- Storage and transport: The transport rack is included and ensures safe storage of the device.
- Tall Load Support: Features an extra-long suspension frame that allows for the safe, upright transport of exceptionally tall workpieces
