The AERO-WINDOW is a modular vacuum lifting device designed for the vertical pick and transport of glass and windows. It has a lifting capacity of up to 500kg.

The AERO-WINDOW is built on the principles of Perfectionism (in-house production of all parts) and Pioneer technology. It is designed to reduce employee sick days by providing highly ergonomic solutions that make heavy lifting considerably easier and safer.

Applications for the Aero-Window

The flexible vacuum lifter is used in conjunction with any lifting equipment and is ideal for applications such as:

Commercial Glazing & Installation: Positioning heavy glass elements for shopfronts or office partitions (typically used in conjunction with a crane or chain hoist)
Industrial Glass Processing: Handling smooth glass sheets for cutting, coating, or tempering
Window and Door Manufacturing: Moving finished windows, glazed doors, and large glass panes through the production line
Precise Positioning: The 3-hole suspension eye allows operators to adjust the centre of gravity, making it easier to hang windows perfectly level during installation

Features of the Aero-Basic

Durability: Built with a robust welded steel frame and hot-dip galvanised crossbars to ensure a long service life in demanding industrial conditions.
Superior Grip: Uses special glass suction plates with low intrinsic volume and a high friction coefficient, ensuring a secure hold even in vertical positions.
Flexible Manipulation: Allows for vertical rotation of the workpiece by +/-90°, with fixed locking points every 90° via a Bowden cable.
Modular Versatility: Features plug-in connections that allow for a quick, tool-free conversion to use more or fewer suction plates. Two of the four crossbars can be removed to accommodate different load sizes.
Safety First: Includes an integrated motor protection switch to protect the vacuum generator from winding damage and a 3-hole suspension eye to compensate for the centre of gravity with different load weights.
Integrated Design: The vacuum accumulator is built directly into the frame, maximising compactness and reducing the device’s unladen weight.
Ease of Maintenance: The intelligent suction plate concept allows for “tool-free” seal replacements in seconds, significantly reducing downtime.
