The AERO-PORO is a specialised vacuum lifting beam designed specifically for the transport of air-permeable and porous board materials.

Unlike standard lifters that require an airtight seal, the AERO-PORO utilises a powerful vacuum blower with a high volumetric flow rate. This technology compensates for air leakage through the material, allowing for the safe, ergonomic lifting of “leaky” goods like Chipboard, MDF, OSB, Porous Stone, Gypsum, and Composites that conventional vacuum systems cannot grip.

Optional Accessories

  • Inlay panels for MDF: Thanks to the additional inlay panels, even fragile materials such as MDF boards can be lifted. The volume within the suction plate is reduced, and thus the pressure exerted on the workpiece decreases.
  • Stepless & Jerk-Free Movement: Enables a smooth, continuous swivel from 0° to 90°. The swivel is powered by an electric drive, allowing a single operator to reposition heavy loads without manual effort.
  • Chain Hoist Connection (-CH): Replaces the standard CEE connector with a spiral cable and Harting connector to power the lifter directly from the hoist, keeping the workspace clear of cables.
  • Holder bag: A holder bag for the crane’s control bulb to be mounted on the lifting device.
  • Cable drum: 5m and 10m Cable drum for indoor use.
